A native Floridian now living the Montana Dream, Patty is often asked why she is living in the Northwest. In a nut shell, she practices what she preaches to her clients, live your dreams and don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
Patty was born and grew up in central Florida. In 1985, she and husband Greg, decided to move their full time Arabian horse breeding farm to the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. They faced many challenges as they established their new farm and had one daughter, Alicia. After a major crash of the Arabian horse market, Patty started to search for other opportunities that would realize her dream of a financially abundant life for her family. While she experienced success in Real Estate she did not feel the hours required left enough time for her family and horses. Deciding it was time for her first “real” job working for an established business, she went to work for a local printing company as an outside sales executive. It was during this period that she began to seriously study the Laws of Success and many of the Masters of Sales and Success Principals. The result was a continual growth of her sales passing the $1.3 million mark, twice the sales of the company’s previous top sales person and an abundant six figure income. For six consecutive years she led the company as their Top Sales Person.
Over the years the Tolar family developed a dream to live in Western Montana. With the high school graduation of Alicia in 2005 and her acceptance to Montana State
